ABSTRACT
The article analyzes the formation and development of relations between Uzbekistan in the framework of mutually beneficial multilateral cultural diplomacy within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), a major international organization that emerged at the beginning of the XXI century and is now a major authority in the world.
